Class for both beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This class performs both calisthenics level 1, level 2, and level 3 Suppose you are a beginner and also able to do intermediate and advanced forms. In that case, this will fit your current level and help you increase your strength, master your body weight and be able to perform better as well as introduce you to more advanced classes and skills such as muscle up, handstand, or freestyle.

Freestyle
Dynamic element class where you will learn – Fear management, safe bail technique, and amazing tricks for your skill arsenal.
Pre-requisites: 1 clean Muscle Up, 10 pull-ups / 10 dips
hanstand
HandStand
Handstand class is here to challenge you and your body to reach a fantastic skill. One of the basic Calisthenics skills that works your core and improve your balance.
Pre-requisites: 15 Push-ups
muscle-up-class
Muscle up
Learn all the necessary steps on how to achieve your first muscle up and to increase your level at it.
Pre-requisites:5 pull-ups / 5 dips
mobility-class
Mobility
A great class that is focused on shoulder and hip mobility work, as well as a good stretching routine to improve your flexibility.
steerlift
STREETLIFTING

Street lifting is an advanced class in which involves performing body weight exercises with additional weight, using bars structures, such as pull-up bars and dip bars. This form of exercise typically emphasizes the maximum strength a person can reach, and it’s similar as the olympic weightlifting or the powerlifting, but with additional weight on the body weight exercises.
The movements performed will be:
– Muscle Up
– Pull Up
– Dip
– Squats
The idea is to find how heavy you can lift, and improve that with every training. Includes additional complimentary exercises to improve the weighted performance

Calisthenics (Ladies Only)
Exclusive class workouts for ladies only accessible for all levels. A combination of calisthenics level 1 and calisthenics level 2 plus it contains some skills exercises for all levels. Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required

In calisthenics, there are many different skills such as Back Lever, front Lever and Blanch. In this class, a coach will teach, and give tips and progressions necessary to achieve this skill. Note* This class is for intermediate and advanced levels!
