Who We Are

Abu Dhabi’s first calisthenics fitness centre that provides calisthenics group classes by expert coaches from all over the world.
Calisthenics is bodyweight strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups. They are intended to increase strength, fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using one’s body weight for resistance.
Muscle up fitness has an advantage in location, as its located right before Al Maqta bridge near Sas Al Nakhal village, it serves the population inside and outside the city of Abu Dhabi.

CALISTHENICS

Class for both beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This class performs both calisthenics level 1, level 2, and level 3 Suppose you are a beginner and also able to do intermediate and advanced forms. In that case, this will fit your current level and help you increase your strength, master your body weight and be able to perform better as well as introduce you to more advanced classes and skills such as muscle up, handstand, or freestyle.

Freestyle
Dynamic element class where you will learn – Fear management, safe bail technique, and amazing tricks for your skill arsenal.
Pre-requisites: 1 clean Muscle Up, 10 pull-ups / 10 dips
hanstand
HandStand
Handstand class is here to challenge you and your body to reach a fantastic skill. One of the basic Calisthenics skills that works your core and improve your balance.
Pre-requisites: 15 Push-ups

Muscle up
Learn all the necessary steps on how to achieve your first muscle up and to increase your level at it.
Pre-requisites:5 pull-ups / 5 dips

Mobility
A great class that is focused on shoulder and hip mobility work, as well as a good stretching routine to improve your flexibility.

Join us for the latest addition to our classes where the main goal will be to attain a strong and healthy lower body and core With the great energy and atmosphere of the class, the coach will push you enough to feel the work of your lower body Core-focused exercises as a finisher of every workout.
Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required
skills
Specialized calisthenics class
In calisthenics, there are many different skills such as Back Lever, front Lever and Blanch. In this class, a coach will teach, and give tips and progressions necessary to achieve this skill. Note* This class is for intermediate and advanced levels!
Pre-requisites: 5 pull-ups / 10 dips
calisthenics-ladies
Calisthenics (Ladies Only)
Exclusive class workouts for ladies only accessible for all levels. A combination of calisthenics level 1 and calisthenics level 2 plus it contains some skills exercises for all levels. Pre-requisites: No previous experience is required

Such a great class in Level 1 Calisthenics! Really tough but had a great instructor who could assess people's levels and encourage them to push further 💪🏻. There was parking (although limited), water fountain, changing rooms with showers and a snack bar. Update: A month later, and I'm addicted to the atmosphere here. So many great classes with amazing instructors! Love the protein smoothies here too🥤. Tried handstand class (favourite), legs and core, calisthenics, and freestyle. I haven't tried muscle up class yet but I will ...one day 🙏🏻
